Extreme Sports Resort - Twin Falls, Idaho

Initially planned as a 50,000 square foot DareDevil Hall of Fame, the project has grown beyond all expectations. Our investors expanded the initial program to include a 13-acre extreme sports park for motocross, BMX, stunt riders, urban and natural wall climbers, parachutists, hang gliders and bungee jumpers, as well as extreme skaters, runners. skateboarders, zip-line enthusiasts and skydivers. Features include a 9,000-seat amphitheater, aerial tram and Special Event Center for conferences, concerts and other special events.

Wet ‘N Wild Water Park - Las Vegas, Nevada

Randal Ehm provided conceptual design, design development and Construction Documents Services for this 4-acre water park in Las Vegas. The facility features 6 water slides, Olympic pool, childrens’ pool, wading pond, a wave pool, lazy river, concessions, locker rooms and ADA-compliant restrooms and picnic area.

Old Town Escape Barn - San Diego, California

Originally designed in San Diego’s historic Old Town neighborhood as a photographer’s studio, this structure was built in 1992. We were engaged to repurpose it as an entertainment venue, which has six “escape rooms” on the first floor. Guests are challenged to solve puzzles, riddles and to operate odd gadgets in order to “escape” from one room to the next. The project also features two new second-floor living units. Services included processing of a Conditional Use Permit and a Neighborhood Development Permit.
